Have you always had a background in the job you are currently doing? Have CCEP provides opportunities for you the reach the roles/goals you wanted to achieve within the company. If so, could you provide examples? Thanks for the opportunity to join this chat!
Hi Laura, I had no background in management beforehand. I raised with my line manager I would like to progress and a development plan was put in place to support me. My line manager set small goals and we had monthly reviews to track progress and support required.
Hi Laura,
CCEP was a new venture for myself as i come from a wide range of careers such as performing to casino worker to post woman, so to Join CCEP was scary but I have not looked back and hope to be here for many years. I joined to company in January and already have gained my fork lift truck licence and manual handling instructor certificate. there's many more avenues to discover too.
Hello, I have graduated from social science back in Poland but started working in manufacturing when i first came over to Scotland. I had no experience in manufacturing at all but have progressed to quality assurance role in my previous role which gave me chance to continue my education in industrial quality management. I've not had a chance for progression with Coca Cola yet, but colleagues here have progressed from factory based roles
I'm from a food retail background. I'm being supported in my development into health and safety by supporting me in my studies and inclusion in safety meetings etc from the management team.
Hi Laura, I work as a Production Manager, been with CCEP for just under 1,5 year. Prior to that I worked as a Continuous manager and prior as a trainee graduate engineer for another food manufacturing company.
Having my now manager to believe in me during the interview stages was that kick start for me in this current role and I haven’t looked back since 😊
That you everyone for your responses. It's great to see how every person has gotten to where they are. It seems that there is a great push for career development and training in the company!
Definitely Laura, where the individuals are showing desire to grow and develop, share company values - the opportunity is always provided!
