Good morning Dan, what is your top tip for an interview when your main experience is sales and not retail?
I would love to break into Coca Cola retail sales sector and would be helpful to know if I can do that with 25 years b2b sales and 2 years retail experience.

Thank you for your question! At CCEP we really look for peoples personality to shine through in interview. I would really advise in your initial application having a thorough look through the job specification and tailoring your CV to highlight your skills and experience. Also showing an understanding of the company and our brands can also really help :)
