Well when you are successful after the interview stage you well be educated on the company. All the brands that’s under the company portfolio, followed by health and safety, depending on your manager and team. You will get 3 to 4 weeks of one to one in field training where your colleagues will train you on everything you need to know about the role. On the last week your manager will wrap up the training weeks and go over anything your concerned or not sure about.
