The culture in CCEP is growing rapidly as the company is embracing different culture and diversity.
CCEP are doing what they can to make this a priority as they believe everyone from all walks of life should feel welcomed and feel as they belong within CCEP. We seen this by the platforms they have created for everyone of diversity to share their culture with everyone and it’s free and open environment.
