I actually did a placement with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners last summer and had the opportunity to spend four days with Emily, one of your field sales representatives. I really enjoyed helping her and got a great sense of the company's commitment to its employees. Since I was interning with the AFH category team, I didn’t get to spend much time with the broader sales team. I'd love to know more about the culture within the field sales team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. How would you describe it?

I’d also love to learn more about the career progression program you mentioned. Could you provide an example of how it has supported someone starting in field sales? I’m very interested in understanding the specific opportunities for growth and development within the role.

So in answer to your first question I am mainly dealing with supermarkets and ensuring the products and promotions that have been agreed have been activated and available.The second questionFor me I’m relatively new to CCEP so I’m using the career programme to help me gain more knowledge in future career posibilities within the business and begin networking too
