What would you expect from the right candidate in field sales?
I have 2 friends that work at Coca Cola however I would like an unbiased opinion from someone who does not know me that way when it comes to the interview process I excel and show the best of me that you are looking for. I have experience in retail and field sales but nothing quite as large as CCEP.

Hi Liam!
For our sales teams we would be looking for candidates that are natural communicators who can quickly build rapport with a number of external stakeholders; ranging from managers of supermarket outlets to independent convenience store owners. Successful candidates will also have strong prioritisation skills, with the flexibility to adapt and respond to changes in working environment.
