CCEP is a great place to work, the career & development, the people & the huge variety of roles available!
Great culture and support. Lots of career development and training
The companies values and culture, the development opportunities and the amazing brand!
Hey I joined CCEP many years ago, I must admit I joined initially because I was familiar with the brands but I've stayed because the people are so fab, and supportive. Plus there's lots of opportunities to develop your career and learn new things. Thanks for asking such a great question :-)
I choose Ccep as I felt they would be secure and have agreat culture and training. I also thought there would be a chance to develop if I chose to.
Fantastic question. This is actually only my 2nd week in CCEP, so I'm the newbie in the group. It's a big business with amazing brands, but what I'm absolutely loving the culture and people. Also that there's big ambition, and everyone is free to come up with ideas
I joined CCEP 12 years ago initially for the brands and the location of the job. I’ve worked in several roles since and am still developing my own career.
What advice would you give to someone starting in a Field Sales role?
Ask lots of questions and never be afraid to ask more. Be yourself!
Hi Martin... I'd say being inquisitive is good - we're always learning here, no matter how long we've been in our roles.
Ask lots of questions and be yourself!
Hi Martin, starting in field sales can be overwhelming at first but rest assured you will have the support of your manager and team. An open mind is required and a willingness to continue to learn and develop.
Great question Martin, I would say accept all the support and training that's offered, ask questions, be curious, ask for help if needed, everyone's invested in supporting you. This applies at all stages of your career, not just at the start :-)
Thank you, I really like the training aspect and learning new skills, I'm really looking forward to starting!
We look forward to you starting as well Martin, that's great news!
