Hi! In regards to your learnings at work, it is definitley possible to develop a wide range of skills depending on the direction you choose to move in. I haven't personally found my job to be very marketing focused it is definitley more sales based. At university, however, the degree is very general business and we have units in finance, marketing, communication etc.
