This goes part-in-parcel with listening, it is easy to hear someone but to listen and absorb the information and if you don’t understand then ask them to explain more. People will respect you more if you are engaging with them and ask for more information if you don’t understand."

What motivates me the most is that I love my job. I’m passionate about what I do and what I want to accomplish and constantly want to challenge myself and be the best Engineering Technician and ensure I absorb as much information that I can.
