Hi Daniel, I am looking to change my career. How can I start with out experience? How did you in the beginning?

Hi, Coca Cola is my favorite drink, I would love to be part of this company. For my last 13 years I bein working as a beauty therapist my experience is customer service, marketing and beauty in general. I'm looking to change my career but I don't know where to start. What do you racomand?

    Hi Mary, great to have your question :)

    I would have a look at Sale Representative roles. These are our field sales based roles where you look after a geographical location and all the outlets within a set boundary. I had North West London when I started but it could be much bigger area if you are more rural. The role is a great one to learn all the brands, build your internal network and then explore other parts of the business if you want to. The main role of a sales rep is to drive growth for both the retailer / outlet and us. New product, placing new assets such as cooler, menus in restaurants or general POS (Point of Sale). All these are designed to drive sales for the outlet. Once a job is online and you can see the job spec id have a look at some of the skills we would be looking for and applying your experience as a beauty therapists to demonstrate how you can bring those skills into the role.
