Hello and welcome to CCEP. I would recommend asking the organiser for some guidance on this as it may depends on the cohort being inducted. I will add my personal view - wear things you feel comfortable in. I would go in black jeans and a simple shirt. This is just my opinion so I really do advise to speak with the organiser that has sent you the invite.
