Coca Cola provides an online academy which allows you to part take in courses to further your knowledge of the company and of the role you are currently in. Managers and management team do set targets for you to develop. Your manager will have one on one session with you whether it’s a coaching session, going over your targets sessions or a session where they go through the step/ path you need to take to develope further into your current role or if you are looking to progress to another role they will identify what steps are needed and begin preparing you to move forward .

Daniel F. National & Key Account Manager

Hi Josie, when I joined the business as a pretty fresh grad from Uni we had official sales training courses, usually 2 days off site where we were taught basic, intermediate and advance selling skills. In addition to this each 121 with my sales manager is a coaching opportunity.

We also have a ful suit of training material online. From 3-5 minutes short courses to more longer 1 hour or even module learning. For example im currently doing the Work Class Key Account Management range of e-learning that covers all topics from commercial finance to Revenue Margin Growth Management.

I think its important to acknowledge that development is self led. We have given the tools and are encouraged to developed but its must be driven by the individual - you and I.
