Personally - I would say one of the main advantages of working at CCEP is that you can bring your 'true self' to work. As an openly gay women I have always felt completely comfortable talking about my personal life. CCEP really does promote diversity!!

Professionally - I have always been able to have open conversations about my development with all of my managers, all of which have supported and enabled me during my career at CCEP.

The main advantage of working here is you get the opportunity to learn about different parts of the business and if you want you can really develop yourself. Everyone is very welcoming and will spend the time to give you insights into what they do and how they have moved around the company.

Also because CCEP is quite a large company its possible to spend 5, 10 or more years here and not feel like you have done the same job.
