Hi Lorna,
2 main challenges in my role - 1) getting to the decision maker and 2) our use of plastic in our products.
When meeting with customers its important to try and speak with the person who is the ultimate decision maker for beverages. This can vary across different environments and outlets so by effective questioning its possible to ascertain if im dealing with the right person.
The second challenge is around CCEP's use of plastic. Again this will vary depending on the account but we have a detailed toolkit of why we use plastic and how we are moving to make sure everything we do is sustainable.
