Brilliant! That's exactly what I'm doing now! For me it has to be the hands on experience that you gain from working at site. The Engineer's have a wealth of experience who are apply to teach and share as much as they can with you. I learn hen I do and learn with my hands so for me that's the best way to me to gain knowledge and experience.
