Jamie N. asked a question to Daniel W.
Hi Jamie, for me I applied to CCEP because I was interested in a career in supply chain and Coca-Cola is renowned for being "at an arm's reach" all of the time, which really interests me. I also always knew I wanted to work for a large, (maybe multi-national company) as I felt this could offer opportunity
CCEP are technically my first employer as I joined after college, but one thing I always say is that it's the culture which keeps me here. Whilst I haven't worked elsewhere, I'm fairly certain I'd be hard pressed to find a more inclusive, friendly, and transparent workplace culture.
Hey great question!
I was initially attracted by the great brands and the reputation of the company - all of that still stands, but the reason I have stayed with the company, is also very much to do with the people I work with, they're super supportive and we have some great team working here. Also we really support an inclusive culture where everybody can be themselves, feel valued and belong. This is very close to my heart :-)
I joined CCEP because there was opportunity for me to progress post apprenticeship. For me i want to be the best i can be so working for the biggest and best company in the world allows me to progress my interests further. I don't know what my future has in store but I know mine is at CCEP!
I joined CCEP because of the opportunities you get from a global organisation - I have had three different careers in Finance, Commercial and Human resource. You continuously learn and develop throughout and if you want to take on the opportunities then they are willing to support you all the way
Hi Jamie, I joined CCEP as the apprenticeship offered me a rotation scheme which meant I could get experience in various parts of the company. I knew this would also set me up in the future for a wide range of opportunities, which I'm now getting to experience post-apprenticeship!
Personally, it was the brand recognition for me. Everyone knows Coca-Cola and I wanted to be a part of it! That was 12 years ago and I don't regret my decision!
