"I've always been told "You can control the controllable", and it's true that you can, but anything that is out of your hands is not worth worrying over. No point in stressing when you really can't help, but you can learn why things like that happen and develop an understanding as to how and why, then with this better understanding you gain that knowledge that you can feedback."

About Ben E.

Main Motivation

No doubt about it, Coca Cola is one of the largest and most well known brands in the world. We deliver great products that everyone enjoys, whilst we do that we deliver 10/10 Customer Service so that our clients are being provided with what they deserve. Knowing that you have done a great job is very rewarding, if a customer rings with a problem, we are that first point of contact and who they expect will be able to solve the situation for them and that's what I find rewarding is being that person who can help.

Greatest Achievement
At CCEP, we have ICON awards every year across the company to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond. I was nominated for Delivering Excellent Customer Service and it was a very proud moment for me, even if I had only been in the company for less than two years. I didn't win, but even being considered was really a happy moment.
