For me it has to be the versatility of my role! I love that every work day at CCEP is different and no two days are ever the same. This means that I am constantly challenging myself and my abilities but I also get to work with new people, whether they be colleges from various areas of the business or external companies who work will us in an engineering capacity.

The best part are the people but a close second is the breadth and reach of the business. This allows employees to try their hand at different roles that would usually require you to leave a company and go elsewhere.
